Stupid Indian Interviews

Nowadays I'm appearing for interviews I have noticed a few stupid things like in the managerial round they're asking why I'm switching in a yr and not continuing the interview whatever answer I gave, if u have an issue with that then why at first place you're scheduling an interview. Also asking irrelevant questions, I've nothing to do with SQL still that manager kept asking questions on that. Their JD is something else and their expectations are something else. And one stupid company asked for an undated check which they'll return on the last working day in that company. Then one hr from the big 4, screens my profile, all good then the interviewer says we're not looking for a developer we're looking for an auditor, that guy took an interview while he was on the bus. Then our beloved company which will 🔥 2% employees pushed my joining date to last week in oct without any date.
