Mai abhi 12th passed hun BCA mai admission le liya hun... What should be my roadmap to be successful in IT field after my BCA degree.... And what should I do to enhance my skill wanted to start with python... Please Help don't know what should I do right now

Just Learn all the basic concepts taught in college.
When you get home spend. One hour daily on coding, don't use any help just solve it by yourself with book and online forms. Take a break and eat someone. Jump to the mini project that you want to build. You can use YouTube for this.
Following this daily you'll make it big, make sure to not miss any day for this. If you do it's hard to get back into the flow. Remember it's consistent effort that's going to set you apart from the rest of the crowd.
