Trending @Accenture; Stucked in support project

Hello guys ,

I am working in accenture since 1 year and in a kind of support project in which i do the same task everyday no new learning. nothing is going to change for me in the next few upcoming years if i will be in the same project, as i have seen seniors from my team and they are not even giving roll off. If i don’t work in dev project how would i gain experience and move ahead. Is there any way anyone can suggest or help me.

Talk to your manager about your career goals. Apply for internal job postings. Keep learning new skills. Find a mentor for guidance. If nothing works, consider looking for a new job.

Yeah but it is not in my managers hand like the whole project is of maintenance and they hardly get resources so they are not letting anyone go from there. So she can not help me getting much better role , If i am in the same project I have to perform the same tasks daily on repetitive mode.
Is there any process that we can apply for internal job postings into Accenture from different clients? Can you guide me on same

Prepare and switch. No point in staying in same company for long

Learn something related to that particular project....suppose you are in java support project, learn full stack java.. Build projects, see mock interviews on YouTube.. And try to switch... I was also in Devops support from last 2.5 yrs.. I showcased my dev skills by making some POCs on GenAI and automation... Now I am finally moved in a full stack dev project
