Hey everyone need guidance from experienced persons,

I have been on bench for around 6 months, after that I got a project of support as my unit is CIS which completely depends on support, working in this project since 6 months and it’s too depressing rotational shifts no holidays also no Saturday and Sunday off and even the manager is so toxic the work environment is like a strict classroom of school and they are not giving release from the project, every time when we ask for release the manager says to submit resign,

Don’t know what to do how to exit from this trap,

Please help if anyone have some idea.
