Trending @Capgemini; Stuck with Toxic manager

Hi All, I have recerly joined CG and life has became hell from the point. No mental Peace.

My manager micromanages, Doesn't helps if stuck anywhere and Expects to get results without providing any support. Team is very small and there is no one to help and guide. If i ask any question and seek support, he yells that you don't know anything, these things are basics, I will do it-leave it etc. Before compeletion of a task gives new one and says you have to manage both as its yours fault to not compelete it.

This all has created an Environment where I'm dont feel free to ask questions and try to do things my way and hence get to hear from him.

In initial days tried to get released from project but People manager didn't supported me and spoke in favour of manager.

Don't know what to do. Please guide or help in any way, what i can do to come out of this situation.

I think I got Lucked out after joining CG 😕
