Stuck with no scope of growth

I am M30, I work in a bank as a credit analyst with Rs 31 lpa fixed. I have been at the same salary level for 3 years now (~2-3% hike since the last 3 years). There are some medical issues with my father because of which I am working from home, and it seems I would have to continue WFH for a few months ahead as well. I don’t foresee any growth here. Would request for some advice or any WFH opportunities anyone could suggest in the finance (investments/credit/equity) space.
