Trending @Accenture; Stuck on Project Bench - Need Your Advice
I’m having 1.6 years of experience. Present I’m in project bench. My manager has been informing me that I will be placed in another project, but I have not been allocated to any projects from the past 4 months. Previously, I was released from a project due to budget issues, and I also received negative feedback from my lead. At this point, I am uncertain about my next steps and would like to know whether I should formally request a roll-off or continue waiting for allocation. Can anyone tell what to do.
Since u r in bench give interviews outside saying u have only 30 days of notice period left, if u reassign in bench u can easily negotiate ur np
I made the same mistake, use your bench time to give interviews somewhere else, otherwise if your bench time exceeds more they will either push you in some random project, or they will ask you to resign.
Go to office regularly, connect with people in ur office location, try build network inside the office circle so that if any openings you’ll be referred, make sure ur primary skill of p3 to p4. Do speak with people a lot which help u understand how to survive in bench and to get project and what’s formally request a roll off ?
