Stuck myself at lower section

Recently I joined IBM with baseband 5LPA getting stuck in support role due to current recession scenario & tech layoffs.But it seems market is opened again to hire. Please suggest me how can I made switch to SDE or developer role within IBM or other products based company. My skills: full-stack development(MERN),DSA(python,solved 800+ problems).

I recently joined infosys and i am en Ex-IBMer. In IBM you can connect cisco vpn and go to W3 page and search for MyProm Website.
Basically if you're good at coding & DSA. You can showcase your skill to your people manager and contact your RSA to get you into SDE roles.
Please help,mine also same qsn
