In most of the service based companies getting release is difficult and many have policies which require you to stay in a project for certain months not sure about your level but level 12 is the most restricted one.

The viable option for you would be to upskill in a hot skill according to market and to your liking and switch with good projects and fabrication of your story.

If you want to try luck check with your manager if he/she can release you and put you in a project where there is learning as you have spent enough time in this project. If they are not pressurized from top also if they are understanding and the project is stable. They might do you a favor.

I am level 12, I have been upskilling myself extensively for data analyst/science roles and I am confident in those skills now
Can you elaborate a bit on fabrication of my story

warning mails are coming regarding weekly presence in office for the people who are in projects? But the people who are in bench they didn't get? Will there be any chances of getting warnings for bench people also??
