I am in a toxic project and before joining get to know the shift is rotational and no general shift but I was mentioned that due to my medical issue I will not get night shift and now only doing night shift and tried a lot , requested manager, leaders and they keep ignoring or told there is nothing they can do or I can contact HR for this but they are not sharing this details too and keep telling raise GSD but that ticket is also pending with no one assigned and now keep getting sick , taking leaves, admitted to hospital and then they gave few days wfh only and even I ask for release they are delaying that too . because of 90 days np unable to apply to any company as they want immediate joiners . Not getting enough time to upgrade myself .

You put your medical documents in a mail and email your manager and their manager..write that because of the work pressaure your health is detroiting and you need to go on medical leaves and if you continue your health will be bad and the work and the manager would be responsible. Put it in email and seek release.

Keep escalating(mail skip line level's manager), this is mental harrasment. Put the same langauge in email. Also, which technology?
