Stuck in the job

Hello community, I am an engineering graduate with 2 years of experience working in a consulting firm as an analyst in their supply chain service line. I didn't get good appraisal in the last cycle and even the work seems to be boring I am looking for a switch but I am confused with what type of company I should go ahead and what should be the career path I should take.
