Stuck in the ILP program, what should I do?
I have been assigned to a Java training program in my TCS ILP(Mumbai). The thing is, I am not able to pass the coding tests in my training. Unless you pass the coding exam, they do not allocate you to RMG(From what I have heard). I absolutely hate coding and can’t even code a simple question. My whole interest lies in low code, no code tools . I am very good at fields like analysis,finance, cybersecurity etc. I know that I can do pretty well in those fields.But they are forcing me to learn Java but I literally can’t and this is making me feel like a total loser. What can I do? I really want to join a project whether it be a support or developer role, but I can’t get out of this ILP😭😭😭😭. It's been 2 months since I have joined TCS.I am now literally at the lowest point of my life. Please help me out 😭🙏

Yeah will definitely do that. As I am totally new to this company I am quite afraid because this is quite a situation I am facing right now and I don't know how my manager would react. Being totally alone in a new city and that too for my first job, feeling very nervous right now. But thanks for your kind words stranger 😊🙏
