Trending @Accenture; Stuck in support work

I have spent more than a year at Accenture. I work in SharePoint support, and I am more inclined to developer roles. My project won't release me and I am finding it hard to switch the company as well because of inexperience in development projects and the 90 days notice period.

I feel like I am stuck and need advice on this.
