Trending @Infosys; Stuck in Notice Period – Manager Ignoring Separation Process
I’m currently serving my notice period, and my official last working day (LWD) is updated in the system. However, my manager is not responding to any of my emails or Teams messages regarding my separation approval. It’s been a while, and there’s complete silence from their end.
In such a scenario, as per company policy, will my separation be processed automatically based on the system LWD, or can the notice period get extended just because the manager hasn’t approved it yet?

It will be approved automatically even if they don't approve. Notice period won't be extended.

Same here. But as discussed with some ex-Infy people it will get auto approved 2 days before LWD.
