Stuck in job switch 😭

I am currently working in Accenture and its been 3 years as java developer, There is no proper hike in Accenture so I am planning to switch but no one are accepting 90 days notice period, I can't even take risk as my family is dependent on me.

I am feeling sad and depressed, not sure what to do 😞
