Trending @Infosys; Stuck in Infosys as Java Developer
I am having 3YOE as Java Springboot Developer, currently working in infy… Feeling stucked as My CTC -4.25 and got a new project recently as Production support majorly on sql… Not getting any calls for interviews for switch, Can anyone help to guide how to get calls and what should be the expected CTC for this YOE in industry?
Bro start preparing for DSA. To be honest it not like that you will get it in 3 days or 4 days.
Job hunt is next level thing and required a bit of luck also.
Takes upto 4-6 months of continuous learning+applying on the job/career portals of the company.
Also for everything there are seasons... So you will get interview calls mostly in Oct to Dec and then again in next year....
If your lucky enough then you will get after April as well ( for you April 2026 ).
Do not let the hope die, keep on applying and side by side start preparing because you never know - you will get 1 unknown call all of sudden 🙂
