Hi Folks,

I had plans to take sabbatical leave as I will be travelling to another country for few months from August & have already informed my manager regarding my plans since last December & now when I am trying to seek a DM approval for leave, they are forcing me to stay back till September end because they couldn’t find any replacement for the project I am working on. I need to travel as my partner is working in another country but still my manager is forcing me to stay back though my all seniors were aware of my plans since 5-6 months. Please give me any suggestions on this. Thanks!
