Stuck in Bank job want to switch to Operations

After Completing my Btech in Mechanical engineering I worked for an EPC firm for 3 years as a QAQC Assosciate then did my MBA in Operations.Now placed in a Bank.Stuck in sales but want to make a career in core operations, logistics or supply chain.Dont know what to do?? Anyone suggestions.

Operations is a dead end usually. Either stay in sales or move to corporate sales with big ticket deals.
In bank you either move to transaction banking or Products or Treasury
