Trending @Accenture; Stuck in a Support Project with No Work – How to Get Rolled Off?
I was initially assigned to an automation testing project, but after 3 months, the testing team was rolled off as the project didn’t need testing resources anymore. However, I was kept in the project, which is actually a support project, and I have no work assigned to me.
I’m not getting any updates from my manager, or tl and this is affecting my career growth. I want to move to a project that aligns with my automation testing skills, but I’m unsure how to initiate the transition.
What’s the best way to get rolled off and find a better-suited project? Should I approach HR, or take another route? Any advice would be appreciated!
They are not giving rolloff for freshers for their first project. HR is telling 18 months in project is mandatory for requesting a rolloff. Ping your project PMO to shift you into another project from their side
Chill, do self study and make you good in one skill set, after 2 yrs resign and get a handsome package, you will have experience and your skill
