Stuck in a Support Project for 5 Years at TCS – Need Career Guidance

I've been working at TCS for 5 years in a support project with weekly shift changes. My salary is below 5L/year, and I haven’t received any promotion so far. Due to the nature of my work, I feel like I’m not gaining proper knowledge or skills that can help me grow in my career.

Now, this situation is taking a toll on my mental health, and I feel stuck with no clear path forward. I want to move to a better role with higher pay and growth opportunities but don’t know how to proceed.

Should I switch jobs, upskill, or explore internal opportunities? What are the best career options for someone in my situation? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

First try to move to a different role and then switch. Because of u go outside, people will expect more looking at no. Of years of experience. Or else if you have time n will start preparing for interviews outside.
