Stuck in a project.
I was randomly picked for a project, that is a support role which i don't want to work but I am stuck can say anything to the project manager I am forced to work in the same .
I am still unallocated and been told that I will remain unallocated for the next 2 months as a part of training, and now the rmg has done something and I am not getting a single project call. To get into another project.
Can anyone help me to change the project as I am still unallocated can I do something ?
Bro, just keep bugging the RMG and let them know you're desperate for a new project. Don't be shy, escalate to HR if needed. 🤘 Keep pushing, you'll get out of it.
When i tried to reach the project manager ... They are targeting me, forcing me and trying to manipulate every single reason of mine 🤷
I wanted to know if there is any possibility that I can reach out to other project managers and ask them to map me and work for their projects. Rmg has blocked my details and I am not getting a single call from any project. And i am still unallocated as well .. I was thinking like I will reach some other project and ask them to map me.
