I got a development project . But I am not able to deliver that project. I have already asked him to release . But as of now there is no response. My team misbehaving me related to delivery. What can be done? How to get released from that project?

What do you meant by you are not able to deliver project. Are you not skilled with assined work. Just trying to understand it.

I am skilled. But due to project complexity I am not able to deliver and there is no support from anywhere.

You can consult with your manager and explain your situation. If you are billable and if you not able to deliver anything then they release you soon but you need to be prepared for another new challenge like interviews for other account or pip.
