I joined Tech Support as a contractor skilled myself with all certificates and skills and became good in devops as a contractor I was in 3.0 and ones I skilled and gave an interview I was getting in a good company for 6.5-7 lpa Someone stopped me saying become a Full time Accenture employee join IJP internally

Waited became FTE

The manager told me no dear Contractor experience is not counted wait 18 months in current project then IJP

Completed 18 months as an FTE

Selected for almost 4 IJP within Accenture was L12 applied for L11 ---- YOU BETTER APPLY WHEN U COME L11 AS IF U COME INSIDE AS A L12 WE WILL NEED A YEAR MORE TO PROMOTE U !!!

#waited almost till December got no promotion

-- WAIT YOU MISSED THE CYCLE FOR FEW DAYS U WILL GET PROMOTED BY APRIL

I understand one has to sacrifice a lot to get inside their favourite domain I've skilled myself ready to get into any project but these rules and complications
