Stuck in a complicated situation
I am 28years old software developer with 6YOE currently based in Pune I have 2 offers at the moment.
1: ANSR-Ferguson US (GCC) center: location Bangalore 28LPA
2:LTIMindtree: Pune 29LPA
I stay with my family and have to undergo a complete household relocation if I choose Bangalore, plus the fact that this next switch i’ll get married and will have to choose to settle at the location I will be at.
Pune seems better for settlements, Bangalore for work. Any guidance?

I feel the same way.. i have stayed in bangalore for 3 year before. It seems way too chaotic for me, but again it strikes me that taking leaps and risking a few things make you move forward?

Agreed but do you think all of us at some point have to move to Bangalore for better packages
