Trending @Accenture; Stuck here with L9(17 YoE)&4.5Y(ACN).Outside intrvw getting rejectd due to 3M NP. Resign and take it back later if I didn't get any offer?

No promotion till now and totally stuck here. No hike this time as well. 4 projects in 4 years and people don't know what I am doing because he is not part of my projects.

Feeling low and need to move outside however 3 months notice period is a pain and interviews are not getting shortlisted due to these notice periods.

Possible to resign and take it back the resignation if I am not placed in these 3 months duration? Is there any way and anyone knows?

@Mzgn10 I am in the same position. People are waiting to accept resignation. Recalling it has clauses that it is not necessary for them to accept until you have good bond with the manager you can take that risk

Got it. I am also in the same boat. Just worried in case they didn't take it back.

I am keep on changing the projects and hardly 6 months in one project. So difficult to get rapo with the people lead.

So if you are hardly staying for 6 months in a project then on what basis the new PL will give feedback to you. They haven't seen your work to fight for you in the discussions. I mean isn't it really difficult to get promotion or even good hike if you change project so often? Don't mind but this is a genuine question.

Update resume, naukri, LinkedIn. Take 1 month LinkedIn free premium for 1 month.
Do these and put resign, everywhere mention your last working day.
You can take it back also.

Same here, working with accenture from last 4 years, received hike only once in these 4 years, checked today with PL for this Nov cycle again it's 0.

In fact I have only 16.5 LPA only as fixed pay
