Hi everyone, I really need your guidance and support 🙏

I’ve been working in a support role for the past 4.2 years, and honestly, I feel stuck in my career now. I’ve learned a lot here, but this role hasn’t allowed me to grow technically the way I always hoped. After multiple follow-ups and discussions with my manager, I’ll finally be released on 28th January.

This transition is scary for me, but I don’t want to give up. I’ve decided to seriously upskill and move into an AWS DevOps role, which has been my long-term goal. I’m highly motivated and ready to put in the hard work, but I genuinely need direction — what to learn, how to start, and how to avoid mistakes.

If anyone here has experience in AWS, DevOps, or has made a similar transition, your advice would mean a lot to me. Even a small suggestion or roadmap can make a huge difference at this stage of my career.
