Stuck for 3 years at same company in mohali at less package

I m working in company in mohali as full stack developer mainly mern I have been stuck here in mohali for 3 years at package 7LPA

I have passion and grind to learn but have fear of failing interviews

All i can do is crack mohali it interviews but mnc or big giants are too tough for me

Anyone who can motivate or can guide to things to work? On please
