Stuck !!
Hello everyone!!
I was placed through campus recruitment two years ago, and my current job location is Hyderabad (though I’m originally from Karnataka). The role I am in now feels stagnant—there are no new learning opportunities, interesting benefits, or meaningful appraisals, and it has become monotonous for me. I am eager to switch to a more challenging role.
Currently, I work as a Data Associate, with most of my responsibilities revolving around Excel and SAP CRM. My skill set includes:
- Data Analysis & Visualization
- Business Intelligence
- Statistical Analysis
- Advanced Excel (including VBA, PivotTables, 5. VLOOKUPs, HLOOKUPs)
- SQL & Database Management (theoretical knowledge but limited practical exposure)
- Stakeholder Management
- Compliance and Data Governance
- Project Coordination
I have applied to several companies, but my applications haven’t yielded any positive outcomes so far. I am ready to transition immediately and would greatly appreciate any referrals or advice on how to improve my approach. Your guidance or support would mean a lot!
Sounds like you're ready for a change, buddy. Maybe try networking more or consider roles that leverage your data skills beyond Excel and SAP CRM.
