Stuck Between Skills and Stability — What Would You Do?

I am seeking a stable career. I possess skills in Salesforce QA, both automation and manual testing, and I am open to exploring other opportunities within Salesforce or in different fields to advance my career. As various companies utilize distinct coding languages and tools, this creates challenges in defining a profile, as they often demand more experience in one specific area. I am eager to enhance my skills; however, during a job transition, this poses difficulties. Therefore, I have chosen not to concentrate on coding or any particular tool, as I prefer a singular path for my career to simplify my life.
