Trending @Cognizant; Stuck between Relocation

Hello Mates, I'm currently working in CTS at a Lead Level with 7.5 YOE and 22 LPA CTC. My current location is in Delhi/NCR however I'm living here on rent with my partner. We recently got married 7 months ago and they are serving their NP with only 30 days left and without any other offer in hand because of toxic work culture and politics in their own office.

I got selected for Citrix organisation in Bengaluru for Lead Escalation Engineer however they want me to relocate. Package discussion has not been done officially but the Manager told unofficially that max I can expect is 30-31 LPA CTC inclusive everything.

Will it be right move to relocate considering I'm the only one who will be earning and bearing all expenses till the time my partner is not getting any offer?

Suggestions would be highly appreciated regarding negotiation with them once they call for discussion or if I should move or not at all.
