Hi, I am not getting calls after applying to jobs on Naukri and linkedin portal. If getting calls then 90 day notice period is an issue. I have given only 3 interviews in the last 9 months. Because of all this feeling anxiety and not being able to sleep. I can't resign without any offer letter. If you guys have any suggestions It'll be really helpful. I have started learning the dsa.
If you really want to switch then
Negotiate your np for 30 days
If not possible then put paper and search
But I recommend this only if you believe in your skills and experience otherwise don't do
It will be a blunder
From Dec to April hiring will be at peak
So until then just wait and upskill yourself
But you have to negotiate your np somehow
By talking to your HR
