Stuck at 26, 90k take home

Hi,

I am trying to grow my salary. My peers earn double of what I am earning but all recruiters will negotiate.

I started in 2023 at 3.6 LPA At that time I didn't know better. Today it's 11 LPA.

I am in product management and want to accelerate my career growth. I want to reach 40 LPA by 2027. But not sure how.

Any person who can guide me?
