Stuck and thoughtless

I am working as SPM at B2B Saas company in a niche domain. Every year, I start questioning my product management capabilities. Now with AI, I am talking to bots only. What are the reasons for this? Post MBA,I switched from ops to Prod man and have worked in start ups and they talk about product management but no one follows it here. Specially in US based B2B enterprise product where sales has less to do with metrics and more to do with relationships
