It’s been 3 years in my current company, but there’s absolutely no learning. I’m working on Python backend right now, but there aren’t many openings for it. No one is ready to accept a 90-day notice period, and restarting DSA feels really difficult at this point. What should I do now?

Your statement sounds like you're getting enough calls, but not able to proceed due to 90 days notice.
So put in your papers without an offer, light a fire up your backside and study like crazy and attempt interviews like mad in those 90 days.
