Recently, I experienced a tragic loss in my family, which left me emotionally and mentally drained. Amid this, I also had to deal with a medical emergency involving my uncle. In the chaos, I missed applying for work-from-home, and as a result, the system placed me on Loss of Pay (LOP) for the entire month.
Also, When I informed my onsite management about the family tragedy and medical emergency, their response was dismissive: 'Problems happen to everyone.' This lack of empathy and support pushed me to submit my resignation.
Despite resigning, I’m still being forced to work and micromanaged to the point of monitoring minutes and questioning my productivity. This behavior is both demoralizing and frustrating. I believe no one should have to endure such treatment, especially during challenging personal times.
