Steps

Talk to your HR on teams, keep firm reason ready, Once he/she agrees she will tell u to raise request through PO or project coordinator whatever it is. 80% work done

He/she will raise req , now talk to manager ( they agree easily ) once manager approves 99 % work done.

Now it will goto internal team nd in 10days loc changed.
