Switch job, you will be surprised how many things will be fixed by that one action. The financial stability will have a domino affect and will give you mental peace.

Yeah, that's what I am looking for right now

Very nice suggestion, totally agree with you

My 2cents about this from my own experience is this, Take one day at a time focus on one thing like finances take decisions every towards the goal and family pressure rahega but we have two ears connected ek se andar dusre se bahar. Keep your mental peace on top if you have become a bit selfish for sometime to achieve good do that.
Since i am also dealing the same thing its just that I am married but looks like it will be a failed marriage so i am keeping myself on priority over everything because its few things you can control. Its always the hard way brother you are just 22 abhi bahut jeena hai dost.

Sounds like my manager 💀 He generally uses "dost"

Where r u working now and is salary way less than sprinklr ?

Not way less but yeah less,

Bro life sucks, there are have’s and have-not’s in this world.
You are currently a have-not. But suck it up, hit the gym, do stress management, make some money, travel as much as you can and absorb new cultures, meet women and i can tell you, life will get better by your late-twenties.
I was in the same boat, except for the parents needing money part. On the other hand but I got fired from my first 2 jobs, had a horrible breakup, but life picked up post 26.
Oh, and hit the gym every single day

Horrible breakup?

Bro same position. But I am intern, stuck with bad wlb with lots of mental stress. Left on campus placement because si got offcampus intern and now they are not converting to fte. Searching another offers. In current company, wlb is too bad. Wouldn't have survived here in full time too. I don't know when this grind will be on hold , even for a while

Also, don't be so hard on yourself. Trust me when I say, it might look like everything bad is happening with you, like the sole bread winner, then offer got rejected, then bad working culture.
Let me tell you my story, my parents are separated, I am a female, the sole bread winner as well, have been laid off thrice, with 5+ uts of workex, I am still lost in career, but I don't lose hope.
Have faith, be patient, things will start coming in place. Good luck!

Koi mili then baad me

Oh best friend?

Not the best suggestion but sometimes you need to balance living and surviving.. I hope you get the best in life

I'm so sorry you are going through a tough phase bruh... I would suggest keep everything else aside for a moment and focus on yourself and then start prioritising on your mental health and then career... I understand family pressure is not easy to handle but there are times you have no choice but to ignore and stand up for yourself and lookout for yourself
