Hi All, I’m a Data Engineer with 3.3 yrs of experience (Python, SQL, Spark, ADF, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS).
Actively job hunting but not getting enough interview calls. Current CTC: 4.36 LPA, expected: 8-10 LPA, 90-day notice.
Could the notice period or salary expectation be affecting my chances? Or is my resume not aligned well?
Open to feedback, learning, and making changes. Would truly appreciate any referrals, guidance or opportunities.

It's probably because of your 90 day notice period. Lie to HR saying you have a 60 day or less notice period. Get the offer and then tell them because of some reason your company isn't letting you leave and is delaying the exit process.
I'm already saying it is 30 days but may be they also that it's not possible in MNCs. Not getting any revert back from them after that.
