Struggling with Job Switch – Need Advice & Referrals 🙏

Hi Everyone,

I have 3.3 years of experience as a Data Engineer with skills in Python, SQL, Hadoop, Spark, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Snowflake, and AWS.

I’ve been applying actively, but I’m not getting enough interview calls, and it’s been a tough phase. I’m quoting an expected CTC of 12–15 LPA with current CTC of 4.36 LPA, and I feel my 90-day notice period might be a blocker.

I’d be grateful for your help with:

1. Is my expectation unrealistic?

2. Is the long notice period hurting my chances, how to tackle it?

3. Is my resume not tailored well?
