Struggling with consistency

Hi fellow devs, my name's yaqoob and I am in my 3rd year of college. Over the past few months I have been struggling with the consistency. Taking a single day break and it leads to 2-3 days... Been coding alone since 1-1.5 years. Got no one to cheer up..any advices how to plan, code for longer hours, finish project deadlines. Learning new things in short period of time,overcoming the feeling of overwhelm.
