Struggling to make a switch

I have 4 year of experience in Consulting. I was a campus recruit and got into a project randomly. Now based on my experience it is getting extremely difficult to transition to a different company.

I decided to upskill after realising that it is difficult to move based on my experience.But still the problem persists, because I don’t have experience.

Now it has become a chicken- egg problem, where I am looking for a new role with no experience but just educational background.

Unsure how to break the bubble. It gets suffocating when you are trying hard to come out to something but nothings seems to work out. It affects your confidence and gets you into analysis paralysis zone, where you crave for external validation.
