Struggling to Land Salesforce Dev Interviews – Need Advice

Are there any Salesforce developers here? I have 3 years of experience, but lately, I’ve been struggling to get interview calls. Just wanted to check , are any other Salesforce devs facing the same situation?

Is the job market particularly tough right now for Salesforce developers? If you’re getting a decent number of opportunities or interview calls, would really appreciate if you could share what’s working for you , any strategies or tips to navigate the current market?
