Struggling to land interviews despite relevant experience, looking for referrals in Data/Business Analytics

This is my first time posting on Grapevine, so hoping I’m doing this right 🙂

I’m currently looking for opportunities in Data/Business Analytics and would really appreciate any referrals or guidance from this community.

A bit about me:

2 + years of experience as a Data Analyst, working on performance tracking, reporting, and operational insights Strong in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards) Hands on experience with Python (Pandas) and SQL for data analysis Built automation scripts in python and dashboards in PowerBi to improve reporting efficiency.

I’m actively applying but not getting enough callbacks, so I’m hoping referrals could help me get a foot in the door.
