Struggling to get quality Clients

Looking from an IT services company, Anybody has gotten clients from Abroad (specially without any middle man)?

I'm trying from couple of months in Cloud Services but most of the leads I got are just a middle agencies. They just exist for taking commissions.

Just looking for honest advices.
