Trending @Accenture; Struggling to Get Project Calls

I am a fresher at Level 12. Currently, I am on the bench and not receiving any project calls. Since Jobsgateway is not applicable for Level 12, I have messaged many managers and project POCs regarding openings. A few replied saying they require experienced candidates, but most didn’t respond. I also asked many friends and seniors, but so far, there are no vacancies. Day by day, I’m getting more frustrated. Why is the situation so bad? Is there any hope that I’ll get a project at least by next month?
