Struggling to get back to Delhi NCR
I am from Delhi. For a job, I moved to Bengaluru 2.5 yrs back. Now for family reasons, I need to move back to Delhi but I am struggling hard to find a job there. Not even in Gurgaon. Have been trying for a year back...Either no calls and rejections, or extremely low package offer which can take me down to 6-7 yrs back. Feeling frustrated. Sometimes I feel like quitting and moving back.
I can understand as I am also from that side. Don't worry, it's a hard time right now in IT industry. It's not difficult to find jobs only in Delhi but Bangalore also. But let's hope things will get better soon. There's no point of being frustrated, stay calm and keep applying.
Take some time off and spend some time with your family.
Switch to higher package here and move with ur family in Bangalore
Not only with software but kn other domains also apart from Marketing and banks, there are hardly any high paying jobs and company out there.
