Struggling for release
I have been struggling for release for the last 5 months but they are not releasing me and they are saying that if you ask for release again and again we will put you into pip and terminate you. I have mailed to hr also and she threatens me the same we will put into pip and will terminate. What should I do next? pls help!
Send email to HR and try to loop the delivery manager mentioning the project is not matching the skillset

Resign. Otherwise, these people will ruin your career.
My story in short - asked for release and waited for 1.8 years, finally they released me with D band. Now struggling a lot. They will not give release, better put resignation and look outside.
Resign. BTW whats ur total exp + TCS exp and skill set
First option is you can resign. Second is stop working do the bear minimum work do not meet the timelines.
