Struggling at work!

I am struggling at work and its been a long now. I am unable to sleep at night bcz of the tension for tomorrow, to complete task I lay in bed all night thinking about tomorrow's tasks. These things happen evrytime any deadline is near and I am not ready for the deployment. People please help.

Hi! I would request you to focus and change your lifestyle if needed. Refine your work ethics.

  1. Prioritise your task.
  2. Let people know if you require time to complete the tasks.
  3. Ask for help if required. Never hesitate to reach out to someone.
  4. Review your lifestyle and prioritise health over anything.
  5. Add routines to keep a check on your physical fitness.
  6. Add a soothing hobby to keep a check on your mental well-being.
  7. Allocate sufficient time for sleep.

To be precise, if you think you're focusing too much on work and getting stressed divide your time and put extra focus on health, food, fitness, family, planning finance and your hobby. Please don't waste your time stressing over work.

This in any case doesn't mean not to work or give it least priority 😅. Try to plan and finish off whatever you have to within the day. So respect and plan your time in a way it balances work and your personal well being.
