Struggles of finding a flat

I have been wanting to move out of the current 2bhk I am sharing with friends

My rent share here is about 6k. However, my stupid mind wasn’t ready for the rates now.

For a 1bhk that is in a 5-10km radius of Bellandur, the rent is anywhere close to 17-20k or more. Also the deposits are close to 80k.

If I look for vacant rooms in any flatmate groups, there are these ‘setup charges’ anywhere from 20-30k

This is beyond my understanding
