• Siebel will get new releases every year till 2035 as per current plan which can be extended.
• Banking, Telecom and Public sector still using Siebel and have no plans to switch to other cloud based CRMs.
If you still want to switch tech, go for #1 CRM which is Salesforce. Start learning from Trailhead website and complete certification and start looking for jobs again
